MeriGaadi is a smart vehicle communication platform that allows vehicle owners to connect securely using QR codes.
By scanning the QR code displayed on a vehicle, you can send a message to the owner without revealing personal contact information.
2. How does the MeriGaadi QR code work?
Each vehicle gets a unique QR code linked to the owner's profile.
If someone needs to contact you (e.g., your car is blocking the way), they can simply scan the QR code and send you a secure message via our platform.
No phone number or personal data is exposed.
3. What information do I need to register?
You’ll need to provide:
Your vehicle number.
Your mobile number (for receiving messages/notifications).
Optionally, an email address for updates and account recovery.
We keep your personal data private and secure.
4. What happens if my QR code is damaged or lost?
f your QR code is damaged, stolen, or unreadable:
Contact our Support Team at support@merigaadiapp.com
We’ll help you deactivate the old code and issue a replacement.
Replacement charges may apply.
5. Can someone misuse my QR code?

6. How do I update my vehicle details or contact information?
Log in to your MeriGaadi account.
Navigate to Settings → Profile → Edit Information.

7. Is there any subscription fee for using MeriGaadi?
Basic QR code communication is free once you purchase the QR kit.
Premium features (like instant SMS alerts, location sharing, vehicle assistance) may be available through subscription plans in the future.

8.How to Change my Photo from Admin Dashboard?
You can request account deletion at any time by:
Sending an email to support@merigaadi.in with your registered mobile number and vehicle number.
Your account and data will be deleted permanently within 7 working days.

We use industry-standard encryption and strict privacy protocols to protect your information.
