1. Products Covered

This policy applies to:

• MeriGaadi QR Kits (stickers, cards, accessories)

• Any merchandise sold through our official platform.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

• Eligibility: Returns and replacements are accepted only if the product is:

  • Defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong design, size, or vehicle number).

• Timeframe: You must request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Note: Personalized QR kits with customized vehicle information are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

3. Refund Policy

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

• Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not possible.

  • The product is out of stock.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).

• Our team will guide you through the return process.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for QR kits can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipping confirmation.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Service Subscription (if applicable)

• Subscription fees (for Premium Memberships or App Features) are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.

• You may cancel future subscriptions anytime through the app settings.
