To use the QR code responsibly and not for unlawful purposes.
Not to misuse the communication feature for spamming, harassment, threats, or any illegal activity.
To immediately report any unauthorized use or security breaches to MeriGaadi Support.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and QR code credentials.
MeriGaadi is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
5. QR Code Usage
Each QR code is linked to a vehicle and should be displayed properly.
If your QR code is damaged or lost, you must replace it to continue using the Services.
Misuse of the QR code for impersonation, scams, or illegal activities will result in account suspension or termination.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any local, state, or national laws.
Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt our Services.
Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any software related to the Services.
